The stainless steel rupture disc construction withstands harsh environments; minimizes installation and manufacturability costs. These fast acting rupture discs are designed to be used in line with the Refrigerating Specialties safety relief valve product line. Pressure sensors or gauges can be used in conjunction with the rupture disc to validate whether a vessel/relief valve has exceeded its set pressure.

• 316L stainless steel with a reverse acting nickel rupture disc construction

• Operation to 90% of burst pressure rating

• +⁄- 5% rupture disc tolerance

• Full vacuum capabilities without the need of an additional support member

• Access ports for pressure gauges or electronic sensing device

• Longer service life under cyclic or pulsating conditions

• Reduced leakage

• Easy to assemble

• Less expensive than traditional rupture discs

• Complies with PED, CE, CRN, and ASME Section VIII Division I code requirements
